FIELD TRIPS
Registration for the mid and post-conference excursions for both attendees and accompanying
persons must also be carried out through the on-line registration system, except

Registration to all excursions will be accepted until April 30, 2014 only.
If not enough reservations are made before this deadline, excursion will be cancelled
and you’ll be reimbursed cash on-site.

Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing: don’t forget to include all your
bank’s information. All cancellations must be notified by July 30, 2014. All refunds
are subject to an administrative fee of € 25,00. After this date, no refunds.

Personal or Company cheques will not be accepted. Please note that admission to the
Conference cannot be guaranteed unless full payment has been received. Where payment
is still pending or delayed, registrants will be asked to pay the outstanding amount
upon arrival.

HOTEL ACCOMMODATION
Accommodation have been reserved for Conference participants in a few hotels located
within walking distance from the Conference sites. Early booking is necessary and
should be made through the on line registration form; rates are guaranteed only by
July 30, 2014 (if rooms are still available). After that the hotel is free to sell
his rooms at its usual commercial rates. Please note that hotels are always free
to sell (even if only a few rooms and with very strict terms and conditions) especially
through internet hotel search engines, at the most convenient commercial price of
the day as a special offer which may be even cheaper than our rates!
Your reservation must be guaranteed by an advance deposit corresponding to one night
stay: no booking is possible without this payment. An hotel-voucher will be sent
to you in due time with all details about your hotel and balance due.
Payments will be in Euros (€) either by bank transfer or by credit card (only VISA
and MasterCard accepted). No cheque payments are accepted.

Tourist city tax
Starting from September 1, 2011, Padova has introduced the City tax applied on non-residents
overnight staying. Each hotel applies a different tax (3,00€ for 4star, 2,00€ for
3star) that will be charged to the customer at the check-out. The fee is excluded
from the room rate and above any rate agreement.
Registration Cancellation Policy and refunds
Cancellation must be always confirmed in writing to Sistema Congressi: don’t forget
to include all your bank’s information. Reservation changes will only be possible
before the hotel voucher is mailed. After that, Sistema Congressi reserves the right
to charge additional € 25,00 for reservation changes. All cancellations must be notified
by July 30, 2014: after this date, no refunds are possible.
